Main Nickolls is a legal practice specialising in criminal defence work, regulatory proceedings and family law. When they launched in October 2020, the partners were looking to develop a brand that reflected their core values as a business and fulfil their aim to stand out as a new progressive company within this sector.
BRAND DEVELOPMENT
For the launch of Main Nickolls LLP, we developed a brand image that reflected their professional approach and the high levels of service expected from their clients with a serious colour palate and simplicity, alongside a strapline descriptor that encapsulates the business’s ethos and an accent colour to bring online and printed material to life.

WEBSITE DESIGN & BUILD
The website brief was to create an online presence for Main Nickolls which was fully responsive, mobile optimised and SEO friendly. The design needed to communicate the ethos of the business with a smart professional look that demonstrated their expertise and confidence.
SOCIAL MEDIA
North Star Creative set up and manages the Main Nickolls LinkedIn profile to raise brand awareness and promote their knowledge and expertise in the legal world.
VIDEO PROMO
Main Nickolls was one the corporate sponsors for a recent outdoor live music Festival with the chance to advertise on the large screens during the music breaks.
North Star designed and built this short promo video to promote the brand and their services.
The law firm also had the opportunity to display some online banners.
STATIONARY
Following the initial brand and logo development, we then developed a full suite of stationary from business cards to headed paper and compliment slips.
BRAND PROMOTION
As a relatively new business, Main Nickolls wanted to raise awareness of their brand within their industry so we produced a range of items featuring their logo for them to gift to clients and contacts.
