Metrail Construction Limited is an infrastructure repair business operating nationwide, focussed on the repair and maintenance of buildings and highway and rail structures where safety and high-quality workmanship are of paramount importance. They were struggling to compete within their industry as were considered too small to compete for the national contracts. Over the past 4 years, Metrail and North Star have worked together to to raise their business brand and profile through an ongoing rolling professional coordinated marketing plan across many channels.
STRATEGY
The first step was to produce a comprehensive marketing strategy - this covered a full audit into the existing marketing activities and brand presence, market and competitor analysis and a detailed marketing plan covering all channels.
WEBSITE DESIGN & MANAGEMENT
To present a professional image Metrail required a clean and fully responsive website clearly communicating their services and strengths, and showcasing their case studies.
CONTENT CREATION
We developed a mix of content for the Metrail website including copy, blogs, case studies and news articles which are published regularly to keep the site relevant and ranked highly on search engines.

MARKETING COLLATERALL
To raise the profile of the business North Star created a suite of marketing collateral to be used across various channels, starting with a trifold brochure and A4 branded folder then taking the brand revamp on to produce magazine and online Ads.
